Questions

How does ordering work?: Every pair is made for you. Full payment confirms the order and production begins 24 hours after payment clears. We do not offer payment on delivery.
How long will my order take?: Made-to-order pieces take 7 to 10 business days to produce, excluding weekends and public holidays. Express pieces are ready stock and ship in 1 to 2 business days. The lead time is stated on every product page and again before you pay.
Can I choose my size, colour and fit?: Yes. Every item is made to your size, your colour and your fit. Fit comes in normal, slim and wide.
What is wide leg fit?: The strap is cut wider across the top of the foot. Choose it if straps usually sit tight. Slim is cut narrower. Normal is our standard fit.
Where do you deliver?: Nationwide, and internationally. A tracking link reaches you by email once your order dispatches.
Can my order be delayed?: Occasionally. Every pair is cut and finished by hand, and we would rather be late than send you something we are not proud of. We will tell you if it happens.
When can I reach you?: 10am to 5pm, business days.
